Community college divisions of administrative services are responsible for personnel management and day-to-day operation of institutional physical plant. The divisional planning and research unit conducts statistical surveys to establish trends on campus and to develop long-term planning tools. Pursuant to U.S. Dept. of Education requirements, each public and private institution of higher learning submits to the department annually a statistical profile of its student body.
